A Few Final Points ...

No National Chains
The SuperConference is only for highly evolved independent operators who are ready to give up excuses and take some serious action. National chains already have an unfair advantage and we do not intend to give them more. We will return any registrations from a national chain or its franchisees. For the moment, we are OK with regional companies. We reserve the right to make the final call on who does and does not qualify to be at the SuperConference.

Preferences
Attendance in each School is strictly limited by the size of the meeting rooms and the maximum number of people to whom we can offer a high level of personal coaching. That comes out to 30 people in each session, max. On your questionnaire you will request your first, second and third choice of major subject. If your first choice is already filled by the time your questionnaire arrives, you will be registered in the next School that has space. This is another reason to act quickly.

Waiting List
We expect this conference to fill up very fast. If tjere are no vacancies when we receive your registration and questionnaire, you will be placed on a waiting list. If no seats open up, we will return your registration fee.

Cancellation
Because we take on significant financial obligations to sponsor an event like this, we must be strict about cancellations and refunds once you are registered. If your plans change and you cancel before September 15, we will return all but $497 of your fee. There will be no refunds after September 15. However, you can nominate another person to attend in your place.
