That’s Pizza Insight in a nutshell ... and it's a lot to get your mind around. If it helps, just think of it as a customizable operating system for independent pizzerias.

We don't know what you're thinking the cost of all this will be. If you've been paying attention to everything that is included in the PI package, you may be thinking of a monthly number in the mid-to-upper three figures ... and even that would be a bargain. We'll get to all that in a second, but because the actual number will be so shockingly LESS than that, we should first explain a few things:

This Is a Numbers Game
The more people we have involved, the less we can charge and the more we can offer. The trick has always been to get the initial group large enough, fast enough, to make it worthwhile for everyone concerned. We think the best way to do this is to make the offering so irresistable and so easily affordable that the idea will quickly spread to an ever larger audience.

Time will tell, but in an effort to make this happen, we have twisted arms and done everything we could to negotiate sweet deals for our members. We have assembled a package of resources and services that many chain operators would drool over ... at a price even WE find hard to believe!

We Couldn't Do It Alone
Several of the services bundled into PI are provided by third parties. (Why re-invent the wheel if there's already something already proven to work?) and we've paid these companies for the custom programming necessary to integrate their products and services into the Pizza Insight program.

Bless their hearts, our incredible service providers are also visionaries who believe in our dream and want to help get Pizza Insight off to a strong start. They have all agreed to give us amazing deals and to honor them at least until Pizza Expo 2012, just to help us grow the group faster.

We are seriously in their debt, but we certainly don't expect these well-run companies to give their services away at introductory rates forever. So when they finally raise their prices, we will have to pass that along to the members. That's life.

You Have a Real Deal At the Moment
... but nobody can predict the future. Of necessity we must reserve the right to adjust our fees as our cost of providing the services changes. Just so you know, if our costs should somehow go down, your costs would go down as well. How many people would do THAT for you?

However, we firmly believe that by the time the inevitable price adjustments become necessary, we will have added even more toys to the toy box and you will be so thrilled by the load Pizza Insight is lifting from your shoulders, any future increases will just seem like chump change! Whatever happens, we will ALWAYS offer you as much as we possible can for as little as we possibly can!

So What's the Investment?
At last we finally address the question we know you have been asking yourself ...

• Your monthly membership is less than a large pie a week -- only 49 dollars a month. (If you can't make at least another 50 bucks a month with our advice and these resources, one of us is in the wrong business!)
• [Note: better yet, these rates extend reporting and feedback privileges to TWO operations owned by the same member. Additional units can be added for $35 a month each].

We'll Even Take Away the Risk
We know you pay careful attention to where you invest your money so we don't expect you to roll the dice based on some vague promises. We want you to take the program for a real test drive and prove things out for yourself. So here's the deal: Invest $147 to test the program out for 90 days. At the end of the three months, if you don't think there was value there for you, just say so and we will return your entire investment.

There is only one condition: during the test-drive, you must actually USE the tools we offer in the program.

But We Expect Something From You, Too
Extensive as it is, the whole Pizza Insight program is still in its infancy. We intend to add a LOT of additional content as we go along. You may wonder how we will know what to do first. Easy -- we expect you to tell us! That's right. In addition to your feedback on the pieces already in place, we look to you to tell us what you would like to be able to do.

So when you call or email us with an idea ("Wouldn't it be cool if we could _____ ?), we will get busy and figure out how to make that happen. Without that sort of input, we are just guessing ... and since the idea is to make PI an essential part of your unfair advantage in the marketplace, we expect you to take ownership of the program and help us keep it real.

The 90-Day Test Drive
When you first sign up we will charge you for three months' of membership. This allows us to get you properly set up in all the programs and gives you enough time to try them all out and see what you think. (It will take awhile to learn how to play with all your new toys!)

Thereafter your membership will automatically renew in three-month increments (without any longer-term obligation on your part). To cancel your membership, just send us an email. Upon receipt of your request, we will cancel your account immediately and there will be no further charges. You will then have ten days to download all your data from the online systems, your password will be deleted from the system and we will part as friends. No harm. No foul. No hassles.

Time Marches On
So that's the deal. No matter how much we try to describe this program, the only way to really know what membership in Pizza Insight can do for you is to test drive it for three-months and find out for yourself.
